Click your avatar in the top right and choose “History”. Images from every tool are saved there automatically, by batch or one by one. “History” in your profile is the same place.

Not once rendering has started: generation continues on our servers and finished images show up in History. Placeholders and the expected wait appear right after you press generate, but for the first fifteen seconds or so Shopix is still uploading and writing prompts — closing the page then means nothing is submitted and nothing is charged. So wait a few seconds before you leave.

Press “Download” under any image to save the original — no watermark. The small arrow next to it offers original format, JPG, PNG or WebP. With several images, “Download all” above the grid gets them all. In History every image also has “Download”.

Yes. “Recent uploads” and “All history” sit right under the upload box — one click adds them again. To pick up an unfinished job, press “Restore” next to “Pick up where you left off?” at the top of the page.

A shot plan usually takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes and a finished video 5–10 minutes; complex video replication analyses for 5–10 minutes, then renders in 15–40 minutes after you confirm. After submitting you can leave or switch modes; the video appears under “Recent”, and you get an email when it’s done.

No. Credits for a failed generation are refunded automatically. If a refund seems missing, message us from “Help & community” in your profile with a screenshot.

“Stop” only stops waiting on the page. Images already submitted keep generating and are charged as usual; they will appear in History. Check the count and cost before you generate.

After your first purchase each module costs 5 credits, charged when you press “Create plan”; afterwards “Generate N images” shows the credits for the images. Accounts that have never purchased get a free full page first, with no plan step.

In two parts: the assistant uses a few credits per message (set “Low / Medium / High” to “Low” to spend least), and images are charged by model and resolution. Equipping inspiration, skills or teams is free.

Video uses Seedance 2.0 and is billed per second: 94 credits a second at 720p, about 752 for 8 seconds; 233 a second at 1080p. From product images and first/last frames add a 20–30 credit shot plan, Storyboard’s board is 360 credits, complex replication’s analysis starts at 200 credits, and Pro’s first 3 plans each week are free. The page always shows the cost first.

Make one image at the default settings first and only raise count, quality or resolution once you like it. Fix a single image with “Edit” instead of regenerating a set, try short videos first, and claim the daily check-in and online rewards in “Invites & rewards”.

“Credits & orders” in your profile shows your balance and every top-up, grant and reward. What each generation costs is shown under the button before you run it.

Credits from one-time top-ups never expire. For plans and promotional credits, the pricing page states the terms.

Use a clearer front-on photo with the whole product visible; add “keep the product exactly as it is, don’t change colors or logo” to your requirements; choose “Practical” for hero and detail images; if only one spot is wrong, fix just that with “Edit”.

Set “Output language” and type the exact copy into your requirements; for text-heavy images raise quality to “High”. Fix a single typo with “Edit” and tell the Canvas “change X to Y, keep everything else”.

Press “Edit” under the image: it opens on the Canvas, and you say what to change, e.g. “change the background to a light oak table, keep the product”. “Scribble” in the Canvas toolbar lets you circle the area.

Choose the aspect ratio under “Settings” before generating: Amazon main images are usually 1:1, detail images often 3:4. For a finished image, press “Edit” and tell the Canvas “make it 3:4, keep everything else”, or use “Expand” in the toolbar.

Use style replicate with the same reference for every product; turn on “Set mode” for detail images; in Canvas, “Save as recipe” once and run it on other products.

“Credits & orders” in your profile has “Invoice requests” further down. Each paid order can be invoiced once; issued invoices appear under the order.

Alipay and WeChat payments are one-time and never renew. Monthly plans paid by card (Stripe) renew automatically; cancel any time with “Manage subscription” in “Account settings”.

Enterprise plans support sub-accounts: the main account invites members and sets monthly limits under “Team” in the top bar; members sign in with their own accounts and use the main account’s credits.
